Clientele expects higher earnings

Life insurer Clientele advised on Thursday that it expects the group's earnings and headline earnings per share attributable to ordinary shareholders for the 6 months ended 31 December 2009 to be 27% to 33% higher than that of the previous year.

The group's results are expected to be published in mid-February.
